home. How do you select which one to use?

TRUST- Choose
a salesperson you can trust. You have to trust the agents you
employ to work to achieve the best possible price for your home.

FEE - Our fee is 0% until you are totally satisfied
with the price being offered. Are you going to select the company
who offers you the cheapest fees or the company who gets

have a basic rate of approximately 3.95% plus $500 plus GST.
Some will cut their fee without being asked. Why? Would you
trust them to sell your most valuable asset. Do you think

PRICE - All real estate companies use the same
statistics to estimate what your property is worth. Please
be careful of companies who "BUY" the right to sell
your property by telling you they can get you a price much higher
than the market is prepared to pay. This can only lead to
utter frustration, anger and disappointment. Jan & Doug will

to have the best possible chance to obtain a premium price for
your property.
