Now the dust has settled I thought it appropriate to write
to say a big thank you for your committed effort in achieving
a great result with the sale of 8 Belford court. We knew the
market combined with winter was going to make for a sluggish
campaign, we expected a slog in all honesty. However the way
you kept us informed along with the sale strategy meant that
we at no point felt that a sale was too far away.
The decision to go to auction was the right one, we felt
confident with your advice. The end result is impressive, we
are both very happy with the sell price as it exceeded our earlier
expectations.
